In making a turmeric fat bomb, you will only be needing:
½ cup coconut oil
½ cup nut butter
1 ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tsp organic turmeric
½ cup grass fed butter
Instructions:
- Melt butter and combine turmeric. Mix well
- Add shredded coconut, coconut oil, nut butter, and then blend
- From the blended mixture, scoop and make balls out of it
- Freeze for 20 minutes

Source:
1 cup shredded coconut flakes
2 tsps coconut oil
3 tbsps tahini
1 scoop turmeric bone broth protein powder
1 tsp liquid stevia
Instructions:

2 lbs organic trimmed and chopped zucchini
3 ½ cups organic beef/chicken/veggie
½ cup coconut milk
1 cup chopped yellow onions
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp turmeric powder
Instructions:
- Heat coconut oil over medium-high heat
- Add onions and garlic for 3 minutes until it’s soft
- Add turmeric powder, salt, cayenne, and stir for 30 seconds
- Add zucchini (reduce to medium heat) stir until it’s soft
- Add animal stock and stir for 20 minutes
- Remove from heat. With a hand-held immersion blender, puree the soup
- Stir in the coconut milk then simmer for 3 minutes
- Adjust the taste basing on your preference

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (4-6 lemons)
Fresh/clean water
