  • ½ cup   tomato sauce or sugar-free tomato ketchup
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar substitute
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tbsp liquid smoke
  • 1/s tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp Chile Powder

Instructions

  1. Whisk & Mix. All ingredients in a mid-sized bowl, whisk until brown sugar substitute is dissolved finely. You are ready to use this BBQ sauce. Easy-Peasy!

NOTE

You can make it into larger batches and keep in refrigerated for a week.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup brown sugar substitute
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup of water
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt  
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. MIX and STIR.  Dissolve brown sugar substitute in vinegar and water until liquefied in a saucepan. Next, add tomato paste and the rest of the ingredients. Stir in medium heat until you achieve a combined mixture.   
  2. BOIL and SIMMER. Let the mix boil and wait for it to simmer for 15 minutes.

NOTES

  • You can make the sauce thinner by adding water to the mix and to add sourness by adding the apple cider vinegar.  
  • You were flexible in using available sweeteners and the color will vary if you use a white sweetener.
  • You can refrigerate for up to two weeks.

  3. COOL. Let the sauce cool before serving or use as a marinade or baste.

Note

  • You can refrigerate this keto BBQ sauce for 3 weeks.
  • Adjusting the batch, you just need to add on ingredients.
